About the Role

We are looking for an experienced backend software developer to join our team to assist in the development and maintenance of our new web application solution.

You will be able to contribute in your field of talent and be willing to learn about our systems and develop new skills as needed.  You are a team player and a good communicator.  You enjoy a challenge and can provide solutions proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will require but not be limited to:

  • Backend web application software development of new and existing applications

  • Designing new features and functions

  • Writing technical documentation where needed

  • Designing, provisioning and supporting cloud infrastructure with other team members

  • Supporting applications and databases

  • Report building

  • Analytics - dashboard development

  • QA Testing

What we’re looking for:

  • Min 2+ years experience in building REST APIs in Asp.Net Core

  • Working knowledge of modern RDBMS (SQL Server) and good knowledge of SQL

  • Knowledge of modern cloud deployment using AWS

  • Experience in reports and analytics development

  • Experience in front end development in web (React/Redux), optional

  • Experience working with mobile platforms (iOS/Android), optional

You'll need to be a self-starter, proactive solution provider, willing to learn and share your learnings with the team.

Position based in Tasmania - working from home and office.
